A decorative wall mirror, 71cm wide and 81cm tall, framed in layered hexagonal bands of polished stainless steel. It is the most graphic mirror in the range and makes no attempt to be minimal.
Stainless steel is the reason this works rather than dates. Traditional decorative mirrors were silvered or plated, and both tarnish, which is how a statement mirror starts looking tired within a few years in a humid room. Stainless keeps its brightness without polishing, so the layered frame stays crisp instead of going grey at the edges.
A piece like this needs a plain wall and nothing else on it. As a general rule: dust dry rather than wet with a soft cloth, avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents, keep pieces out of prolonged direct sunlight, and wipe up spills promptly.
